please help us and attend jump on the bus!!!!!!

There is a very important meeting next Monday, Sept 15 ,08,  at 4-6 o-clock pm. Janice Leah Strickland will provide her school bus  ( at her expense)  to take us to the City Hall Annex . We will leave at 2:15 from the old La Cruise Parking Lot ,corner of Palmer and Ocean Streets. We will go downtown to this meeting as they will be discussing the Vision for Mayport etc... You have rights and need to be there and also to show support for Mayport. If you dont go they will know you dont care and they will do whatever they want.  It is very important that we have a large number of people show up, as they will pay attention to us then! So far, we do not have anyone telling us they will go. Please make the effort to go with us. There will come a time when Mayport can be the Jewel of Jacksonville but we must help make it happen! If you would like to know about this meeting, you can contact me at ph#372-9717 or mayportsandra@comcast.com.  I will be glad to discuss anything about Mayport with you and be glad to listen to any ideas you would like to share.  Again, please make the effort to go with us.I believe you will be glad you did! We are all neighbors and friends and Mayport is special to all of us. Feel free to come by and sit on the porch and talk about anything! Look forward to seeing you next Monday afternoon. We meet every (2nd) Tuesday of each month,7PM, Mayport Community Center (boat ramps trailer) Ocean St. We would like to see you all there!
                                                                    God Bless!
